OVERVIEW
You are a cat lady of old Moggy Town trying to entice flat cats onto your comfy mats to feed them up. But beware of fat cats and black cats! Fat cats are greedy and black cats are cursed! Rancid rats scare away black cats, whereas fancy hats protect your flat cats. Tasty sprats entice flat cats from other comfy mats! It’s a crazy old town, is Moggy Town!
Can you be the envy of the other cat ladies? Or will your flat cats desert you for comfier mats and tastier sprats? Use your cat lady cunning and let the herding begin! ATMOSPHERE
Flat Cat! Fat Cat! is a fun, engaging, and immersive set collection card game with plenty of chaos. Set collecting is easy, avoiding sabotage is hard, guaranteeing great player interaction. Multiple ways to score keeps players engaged and on their toes until the last card is played. With hidden objectives to achieve throughout, and end game achievements, there’s never a dull moment!
MECHANICS
The winner is the cat lady with the most points at the end of the game. Players choose one of two actions: Play Cards or Scavenge (but you must Protect), with one optional additional action of Discard and Draw. Play one of the Scoring Cat types or play one of the Special types resolving their special ability, or play both. To Scavenge, visit Scrag Alley and exchange Tasty Sprat cards for the discarded ones you want.
In the Advanced Game players have hidden objectives (Secret Purr-suits) to achieve during the game whilst end game achievements gain more points. SELLING POINTS• Set collecting with a twist: hidden objectives and end game achievements
